Shipping
Shipping is free for on-line orders over 100 leva!
Goods can be ordered by phone (0884 906944 or 0887 150261), e-mail (sales@wildrovers4x4.com) or from the on-line shop and we will ship them to the address you give us. We use couriers Speedy BG and Ekont - please let us know if you have a preference. If you prefer, you can collect your parts from our shop in Momin sbor village, near Veliko Turnovo.

Payment
Normally payment is by cash on delivery, and you will pay the courier directly for the delivery. We also accept payment to our bank account, but in this case will not usually send the parts until we receive the money. Please let us know when you make your order if you wish to do this. Thanks.

Returns
We accept returns:-

• If your parts arrive damaged we will pay for all extra carriage charges and either refund your money or send you a replacement part
• If we sent you the wrong part, and the information you gave us was correct and complete, we will pay for all extra carriage charges and send you the right part or refund your money
• If the part we sent is wrong, but you gave us the part number or gave us wrong information about the vehicle, we may accept the part back at our discretion, if it is in as-new condition with all the packaging.
